I thought the breakfast bar was great! The front desk clerk/manager who checked me out at the end of my stay was very helpful and hospitable. I became a rewards member, and I will definitely stay here again!

The staff was INCREDIBLE! My SO got sick with food poisoning and the staff was so incredibly helpful. Curtis, the gentleman that worked the front desk overnight during our stay was the most patient and understanding man I think I have ever met. The manager in the morning at the front desk was also just ask great. Did not catch his name.

Staff was courteous, professional and super friendly. The facilities were clean and attractive. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. The pool looked great although not enough time to enjoy.

Our rooms air was already going. One had a small hot tub to relax for our event the following day. Breakfast was great, good selection and nice and full.

We went on a college visit, the location was a couple of blocks from the school. The breakfast was nice, pool looked nice.(we didn’t use it)

Nice and clean and comfortable. Best westerns are underrated. We will opt to stay in them more often.

Clean bathrooms, towels, etc. Nice staff. Price is good. Very convenient and close to Miami University. Near the small town center for shops and restaurants. Continental breakfast offered exceeded expectations with warm eggs, waffles, bacon, etc.

The room I booked was supposed to have a pull out couch in it and set up was a little different than what was pictured on Booking.com. Also my room wasn't clean and ready when I arrived at 330. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They all worked together and cleaned room within 15 minutes. Also brought in a rollaway bed for my son. Problems resolved.

Did not eat there. I booked through you being booking.com and when we got to the hotel, we didn’t have a reservation. It turned out ok because there were rooms available but still I feel that I will call the hotel and book in the future. Our daughter lives in Oxford Ohio so we have stayed there frequently. This was the first time that I booked through booking.com so I probably won’t do that again.
